Job summary

Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a reliable Porter to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a high-rise residential community in Downtown Austin. This role supports interior and exterior common areas and contributes to a safe, welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Key duties include cleaning lobbies, hallways, gym and pool areas; performing sweeping, mopping, and trash/recycling removal; assisting with outdoor groundskeeping; supporting valet trash services;

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, community spaces, gym, and pool areas.
• Perform routine duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash and recycling removal.
• Assist with groundskeeping and upkeep of outdoor areas and building perimeter.
• Support valet trash and recycling services as scheduled.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Provide courteous, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.

• LOCATION: Downtown Austin - Market District
• SCHEDULE: Saturday and Sunday plus 3 days during the week.
• PAY RATE: $21 - $22 per hour.
