Worth Ross Management Co. in Downtown Austin is hiring a reliable Porter to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a high-rise residential community. The role covers interior and exterior common areas and supports residents and guests by providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

The position requires attention to detail, reliability, and a team-oriented, service-focused attitude suitable for a fast-paced residential setting. Weekend shifts with weekday coverage are included.

• Previous porter, housekeeper, groundskeeper, or hotel/apartment experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, community spaces, gym, and pool areas
• Perform routine duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash and recycling removal
• Assist with groundskeeping and upkeep of outdoor areas and building perimeter
• Support valet trash and recycling services as scheduled
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Provide courteous, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors

• LOCATION: Downtown Austin - Market District
• SCHEDULE: Saturday and Sunday plus 3 days during the week.
• PAY RATE: $21 - $22 per hour.
