The Porter/Detailer is responsible for cleaning vehicles inside and out, performing regular maintenance (non-mechanical), moving vehicles, and other duties as assigned by the manager, all performed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wax, polish, refurbish, and detail vehicles, including collision-damaged, old, and new vehicles
• Inspect finished work to ensure high-quality service
• Understand and meet specific customer requirements
• Maintain proper functioning of all tools and equipment
• Report any damage to the supervisor promptly and clearly
• Coordinate effectively with team members
• Uphold high standards of service to positively represent the organization
• Perform other duties as assigned
