Responsibilities

• Quickly clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables between guests
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room throughout service
• Support servers, hosts, bartenders, and other team members as needed
• Keep service stations stocked and organized
• Remove dishes, glassware, trash, and debris promptly
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning responsibilities
• Help maintain clean floors, walkways, restrooms, and guest areas
• Communicate with team members and managers during busy service periods
• Anticipate what needs to be done and take initiative
• Follow all NOLA cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and service standards

Physical Requirements

This is an active restaurant position. Team members must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, bending, reaching, carrying restaurant supplies and dishes, and safely lifting items required to perform the position.
