We are looking for someone who knows more than how to follow a cocktail recipe. Our ideal bartender understands spirits, flavors, classic cocktails, substitutions, and how ingredients work together. You should be comfortable making recommendations, answering guest questions, and finding a great alternative when a requested spirit or ingredient is unavailable.
