Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and a helpful attitude.
• 1-3 years of janitorial/porter/cleaning experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all seasons.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift.
• High attention to detail and pride in cleanliness.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sweep sidewalks, lobbies, and hallways; empty trash and recycling.
• Clean floors, glass, mirrors, brass, and woodwork; deep clean as needed.
• Maintain the laundry room, fitness center, and management offices.
• Cover the front desk during concierge breaks; assist with move-ins.
• Set up and clean shared spaces for events and gatherings.
• Support recycling, cleanliness checks, and team meetings.
