Job summary

Related Management Company seeks a reliable Porter to keep our community clean, safe, and welcoming inside and out. You’ll support the building from the ground up—inside and out—by keeping common areas clean, assisting with move‑ins, and helping maintain our high standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in all seasons.
• Experience in janitorial, porter, or cleaning roles is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Sweep sidewalks, lobbies, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling throughout the building.
• Respond to spills and safety hazards quickly.
• Clean floors, glass, mirrors, and surfaces; perform deep cleaning as needed.
• Support with move-ins, set up shared spaces, and assist with events.
