• Able to handle objects, reach with arms and hands, push a cart weighing 100-150 lbs., and lift 50-70 lbs.
• Knowledge of and ability to use resilient floor cleaning/polishing and carpet shampoo equipment
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Job Specific

• Reports to work as scheduled, in proper uniform, in accordance with the hotel’s personal appearance standards
• Follows OSHA regulations and policies/procedures set forth by Housekeeping department
• Applies excellent guest relations skills when interacting with guests
• Maintains a positive attitude and encourages the same among team members
• Anticipates needs, demonstrating sensitivity and responsiveness to ensure complete satisfaction
• Performs all duties in a timely and professional manner
• Uses teamwork skills at all times
• Performs cleaning and maintenance of exterior grounds, floors, carpets, and interior areas as detailed
• Operates and maintains cleaning equipment once trained
• Maintains cleanliness of supplies and storage areas
• Assists with restocking and cleaning of room transports

• Participates in meetings and training sessions
• Completes assigned daily tasks efficiently
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned
