Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Porter for Artesa at Menifee Town Center in Menifee, CA. You will help maintain the exterior areas, perform painting, clean apartments and common areas, check and replace exterior lighting, and assist with make-ready duties and groundskeeping.

Compensation starts at $20–$20.50/hour DOE with monthly bonuses. Benefits include 10 days PTO, 10 holidays plus 2 personal days, 40 hours sick time, 401K matching, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, FSA/DCSA, and

We are looking for an experienced Porter to join the team at our community, Artesa at Menifee Town Center in Menifee, CA!

As a Porter you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the cleanliness of all exterior areas of the property. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: painting; cleaning apartments and common areas; checking and replacing exterior lighting; removing litter, debris and pet droppings from the grounds; removing abandoned furniture, trash and boxes; detailing property; assisting with various physical tasks as directed; assisting with \"make-ready\" duties; cleaning and maintaining storage areas; distributing resident communications; performing work area clean-up and safety related duties, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift heavy items!


• Must be reliable and have excellent transportation!!


• Must have general maintenance skills.
