Job summary

MG Properties in San Diego, CA is seeking an experienced Porter to maintain and enhance the exterior areas of our community. You will perform painting, cleaning, lighting checks, and general upkeep to ensure a welcoming environment for residents.

This role offers competitive pay of $21–$23 per hour, monthly bonuses, profit sharing, generous PTO, holidays, 401K matching, and medical benefits. We value reliability, a strong work ethic, and safe, proactive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and have excellent transportation!!
• Must have general maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior areas, ensuring cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Paint, clean apartments and common areas, and assist with make-ready duties.
• Check and replace exterior lighting and perform daily grounds maintenance.
• Remove litter, debris, and pet droppings; detail property and assist with various tasks as directed.

We are looking for an experienced Porter to join the team at our community,Texcoco in San Diego, CA!

As a Porter you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the cleanliness of all exterior areas of the property. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: painting; cleaning apartments and common areas; checking and replacing exterior lighting; removing litter, debris and pet droppings from the grounds; removing abandoned furniture, trash and boxes; detailing property; assisting with various physical tasks as directed; assisting with "make-ready" duties; cleaning and maintaining storage areas; distributing resident communications; performing work area clean-up and safety related duties, and more.
