Job summary

MG Properties seeks an experienced Porter for the 3300 Tamarac Apartments in Denver, CO. The role focuses on exterior area upkeep, cleaning, and make‑ready tasks to support a well‑maintained community.

You will paint, tidy common areas, replace exterior lighting, and help with safety and facility duties. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

We are looking for an experienced Porter to join the team at our community, 3300 Tamarac Apartments in Denver, CO.

Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

• $22–$23 per hour (DOE)
• Monthly bonuses
• 10 days paid time off per year (accrued) – plus 10 paid holidays and 2 paid personal days
