Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain cleanliness of all exterior areas of the property.
• Paint; clean apartments and common areas.
• Check and replace exterior lighting.
• Remove litter, debris and pet droppings from grounds.
• Remove abandoned furniture, trash and boxes.
• Detail property and assist with make-ready duties.
• Clean and maintain storage areas; distribute resident communications.
• Perform work area cleanup and safety related duties, and more.
