Job summary

MG Properties in San Diego, CA is seeking an experienced Porter to join our community team. You will help maintain exterior areas and support property upkeep.

Duties include painting, cleaning apartments and common areas, replacing exterior lighting, removing debris, and assisting with make-ready tasks.

We value reliability, physical stamina, and a strong work ethic; compensation includes hourly pay, monthly bonuses, PTO, holidays, and a full benefits package.

We are looking for an experienced Porter to join the team at our community,Texcoco in San Diego, CA!

As a Porter you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the cleanliness of all exterior areas of the property. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: painting; cleaning apartments and common areas; checking and replacing exterior lighting; removing litter, debris and pet droppings from the grounds; removing abandoned furniture, trash and boxes; detailing property; assisting with various physical tasks as directed; assisting with "make-ready" duties; cleaning and maintaining storage areas; distributing resident communications; performing work area clean-up and safety related duties, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift heavy items!
• Must be reliable and have excellent transportation!!
• Must have general maintenance skills.
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.

Compensation and Benefits

• $21-$23/hour DOE
• Monthly bonuses
