Reports to General Manager

Job Summary

Provides superior maintenance to the interior and exterior of the restaurant in a timely and accurate manner.

• This position is Dayside only, hours are 7am-3pm.

Essential Functions

• Demonstrates sanitation and food safety practices consistently.
• Checks over the restaurant from previous close to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Completes daily, weekly, and monthly jobs timely and accurately.

• Maintains the appearance of the building exterior and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.

Follows company safety standards at all times and looks out for the safety of other team members and guests.

• Coordinates job duties around other opening team members to ensure efficient preparation for opening.

Puts food order away accurately, rotates stock in cooler, freezer, and dry storage using the First In-First Out method, monitoring shelf life and code dates.

• Takes temperatures of foods upon delivery, documenting on the Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist.

Maintains a basic working knowledge of all restaurant equipment and completes scheduled maintenance safely and correctly.

• Duties should be completed by 10:30 to be ready for the lunch shift.

Reports incomplete closing areas to the opening manager and completes other tasks as assigned.
