Mercedes-Benz of Cary has the exciting opportunity to expand its team with the addition of a Full-Time Service Greeter/Porter/Valet! We are seeking a friendly and motivated individual to fill this position immediately! Competitive pay based on previous customer service experience!

Service Porter/Greeter/Valet - Full-time.

Responsibilities:

• The Service Porter/Greeter is responsible for the task of welcoming service customers throughout the day and helping make their visit a pleasant and convenient one.
• The Service Porter/Greeter is responsible for moving service customer’s vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility to increase customer convenience while also maintaining an orderly service parking area.
• An individual's attitude affects customers, co-workers, and job performance.
• Therefore the position requires that an employee maintain a positive, progressive, cooperative attitude each day, with an ultimate focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality.
