Reports to: General Manager

Job Summary

Provides superior maintenance to the interior and exterior of the restaurant in a timely and accurate manner.

Essential Functions

• Demonstrates sanitation and food safety practices consistently.
• Checks the restaurant from previous close to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Completes daily, weekly, and monthly jobs timely and accurately.
• Maintains the appearance of the building exterior and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Follows company safety standards at all times, prioritizing safety of team members and guests.
• Coordinates job duties with other team members to ensure efficient opening preparations.
• Properly puts food orders away, rotates stock using FIFO, and monitors shelf life and code dates.
• Accurately takes temperatures of foods upon delivery and documents on the Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist.
• Maintains a basic knowledge of all restaurant equipment operation.
• Completes scheduled maintenance safely and correctly.
• Prepares the kitchen for lunch shift by 10:30 am.
• Reports incomplete closing areas to the opening manager.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the manager.
