Job summary

Cirrus Asset Management is seeking a Porter to maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned property areas. The role includes basic maintenance, weatherproofing outdoor spaces, and assisting with moving items, with a focused safety mindset and PPE usage.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm at Pines at Castle Rock (630 units). Compensation ranges between $18 and $20 per hour, with standard benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Porter or in a similar role (Preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred, not required).
• Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and maintenance tools.
• Ability to follow instructions, strong attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Physical stamina for manual labor, including lifting heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas (lobbies, hallways, restrooms, laundry, etc.).
• Perform facilities maintenance duties, including minor repairs.
• Prepare outdoor areas for various weather conditions (weatherproofing, tarps, securing items).
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition.
• Assist with moving furniture and equipment as needed.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE.

Job Description

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, laundry rooms, etc.
• Perform facilities maintenance duties, including minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• Prepare outdoor areas for various weather conditions by weatherproofing areas, covering outdoor furniture with tarps, tying down unsecured items
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working condition
• Assist with moving furniture and equipment as required
