Responsibilities

• Keep vacant units fresh (weekly).
• Clean models including sweeping, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, and appliance countertop cleaning.
• Clean unit turns to prepare for new tenants as directed by Lead Maintenance Technician.
• Sweep, mop, clean fountain doors windows and remove cobwebs in hallways.
• Clean and maintain the clubhouse area including doors, windows, cobweb removal.
• Clean community room: sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, clean furniture, windows, doors, and kitchen appliances (Mondays & Fridays).
• Daily cleaning of the Fitness Center; wipe machines, change wipes, dust, and empty trash.
• In Leasing Office: vacuum, dust, windows, blinds, clean desks and conference room, countertops and trash (Mon, Wed, Fri).
• Daily bathroom cleaning: toilet, soap, toilet paper, mop, dust, mirrors, faucets and stalls.
• Exterior property: Weekly maintenance.

Bear Real Estate Group is currently hiring for a Porter for our property,The Corliss . This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of these exceptional properties, helping ensure a welcoming and well-maintained environment for residents and guests.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Units

Vacant Units:

Keeping vacant units fresh (weekly)

Models:

Clean models too include sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning of windows, cleaning of countertop and appliances, removal of cobwebs

Summer – Mondays & Wednesday

Spring/Fall/Winter – Monday, Wednesday, Fridays

Units Turns:

Clean unit turns to prepare for new tenant as directed by Lead Maintenance Technician

Clubhouse Area

Hallway:

Sweeping, mopping, cleaning of fountain, doors, windows, removal of cobwebs

Summer – Daily

Spring/Fall/Winter – Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Community Room:

Sweeping, mopping, vacuum, blinds, dusting, cleaning furniture, windows, doors, removing cobwebs, cleaning of kitchen and appliances

Monday & Fridays

Fitness Center:

Daily clean to maintain an inviting healthy environment

Wiping down Machines, changing wipes, dusting, empty garbage

Leasing Office:

Vacuum, dust, windows, blinds, clean desk and conference room, countertops, removal of cobwebs, removal of trash

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Bathrooms:

Daily clean to maintain an inviting healthy environment

Toilet Cleaning, replacing soap, toilet paper refill, sweep, mop, dust, clean mirrors, faucets, stalls, lockers

Fall/Winter/Spring – Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Exterior Property

Weekly
