Job summary

Fairstead seeks a Porter to provide routine cleaning and custodial maintenance of the property's exterior and common areas, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal for residents.

You will walk the property daily, assist with repairs, deliver friendly customer service, and support a safe living experience. Weekend availability and on-call flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• General interest in custodial and/or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and being on call.
• Perform other related duties as required.

The Porter provides routine cleaning and custodial maintenance of the property’s exterior. They are responsible for maintaining the clean and hygienic condition of the property’s premises and facilities.

Salary Range $16 — $20 USD
