Job summary

Green Gardens, a new construction property, is seeking a dedicated groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the community grounds and facilities.

You will be responsible for keeping curb appeal and tidiness across outdoor spaces, cleaning laundry area, pool and other recreational areas, and assisting the maintenance team as needed. This on-site role requires reliability and teamwork to support residents and property upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of apartment community grounds, amenities, facilities, recreational areas, and other common grounds.
• Maintain all areas in satisfactory curb appeal.
• Pick up grounds and remove debris
• Clean laundry area, pool and other recreational areas, and other common areas, etc.
• Assist maintenance team with various duties as needed.
