Role Overview:

As a Porter, you will play an essential role in shaping each guest’s first and last impression. From assisting with luggage and providing directions to answering inquiries, you’ll ensure guests feel cared for and at home from arrival to departure. Your attentive and proactive service will contribute to a warm and hospitable atmosphere, making you a key part of the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure each guest receives a warm welcome and a sincere farewell, building genuine connections to make their experience memorable.
• Assist with all needs at the concierge desk, entryway, and parking area, including valet services and safe handling of guest vehicles.
• Maintain the presentation of the lobby, driveway, and parking areas to uphold a polished, welcoming environment.
• Provide a personalized experience by noting and recording guest preferences for future visits.
• Address guest concerns promptly and incorporate feedback to improve satisfaction.
• Gather and share local insights to fulfill guest requests, such as attractions, dining, and events.

About You:

• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, preferably in hospitality.
• A current, valid driver’s license is essential for valet services and vehicle handling.
• Ability to connect with guests and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
• Skill in upselling and promoting hotel services to enhance guest experience and loyalty.
• Enthusiasm for hospitality, bringing energy and dedication to guest interactions.
• Proactive attitude toward skill development, role evolution, and industry trends.
