Job Summary
Provides superior maintenance to the interior and exterior of the restaurant in a timely and accurate manner.

Essential Functions

• Demonstrates sanitation and food safety practices consistently.
• Checks the restaurant from the previous close to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Completes daily, weekly, and monthly jobs timely and accurately.
• Maintains the appearance of the building exterior and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Follows company safety standards and prioritizes safety of team members and guests.
• Coordinates job duties with opening team members to ensure efficient preparation.
• Properly stores food, rotates stock using FIFO, and monitors shelf life and code dates.
• Accurately takes temperatures of delivered foods and documents on the Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist.
• Maintains knowledge of restaurant equipment operation and performs scheduled maintenance safely and correctly.
• Completes duties by 10:30 AM to prepare for the lunch shift.
• Reports incomplete closing areas to the opening manager.
• Performs additional tasks as assigned by the manager on duty.
