• Location: San Mateo
• Pay rate: $20/hr

Summary

Planned Companies Building Services (PBS) is seeking friendly and detail-oriented Janitors and Custodians to provide cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Your role is to ensure tenants, guests, and vendors have a clean, healthy, and safe environment. Politeness, respect, thoroughness, and observance are key to providing excellent service.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Stripping, buffing, and waxing floors
• Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and furniture
• Sanitizing bathrooms and kitchen fixtures
• Emptying trash and washing windows
• Requesting supply orders and reporting damages
• Assisting with projects and other duties as needed

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift 50 pounds or more
• Experience with cleaning products and equipment
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
