US Auto Trust is one of California’s fastest growing automotive groups. We are proud to have a stable of legendary brands such as Aston Martin, Land Rover, Jaguar, Hyundai, Genesis, and Cadillac.

We are looking for the best and the brightest top-notch Porter to join our rapidly expanding service team at our Cadillac Pasadena dealership.

The Porter helps ensure complete customer satisfaction by moving vehicles in and around the Sales area, maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles, and transporting customers to/from their home when needed.

Compensation: $20-22/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Drives vehicles to and from the work areas and lots as needed.
  • Installs protective coverings (seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, etc.) and tags in all vehicles.
  • Services vehicles with gas, oil, and water.
  • Washes and details vehicles.
  • Driving dealership and customer vehicles safely on and off the lot.
  • Handling inventory checks, including maintaining security for high-value vehicles.
  • Ensuring vehicles are stored securely and in compliance with dealership policies.
  • Representing the dealership while interacting with third-party vendors or customers during vehicle deliveries or pick-ups.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the dealership's property and vehicles.
  • Helps maintain lot appearance by cleaning driveway, sidewalks, and Show Room, by removing debris as necessary.
  • Helps maintain Dealership cleanliness, including windows, doors, floors, etc.
  • Dealer Trades.
  • Transports customers to and from their home when needed and requested.
  • Ensures that the required documentation is complete and complies with regulations and standards.
  • Follow all safety and security procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 19+ years or older to be insured within the company.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles and safely operate vehicles in tight spaces.
  • Highly professional and dependable.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer and internet skills.
  • Must be customer service oriented.
  • Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members.
  • Must be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
