Job description

Job Title: Porter

Location: 6 UES walk-up buildings, New York City

Hours: 30 hours a week, with possible live-in opportunity

Overview: Work with Super to maintain building cleanliness and operations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform inside and outside porter duties for the buildings.
2. Clean inside the building regularly, including all lobbies and glass surfaces daily.
3. Clean sidewalks, cycle, and sort bins daily.
4. Set out bins according to DSNY pickup schedule.
5. Provide access to vendors as necessary.
6. Occasionally assist the Super with additional tasks.
