Job summary

Rudin in New York, NY is seeking a Maintenance Associate to uphold the upkeep of grounds, building exteriors and interiors, including lobby, mail area, hallways and elevators, while ensuring cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain upkeep of grounds, building exteriors and interiors including lobby, mail area, hallways, stairways and elevators.
• During inclement weather, lay down rain mats, sweep exterior puddles, mop common area floors, snow removal when necessary.
• Remove trash from common areas and exterior perimeters on a daily basis.
• Assist in the preparation of market ready units, removal of trash from vacant apartments and small touch-up maintenance.
• Report maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments and common areas.
• Assist maintenance person or residential manager by performing assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Assist with Work Orders on any shift.
• Must comply with all safety rules.
• Overtime may be required for emergencies.
