Job Summary
Provides superior maintenance to the interior and exterior of the restaurant in a timely and accurate manner.
Essential Functions
- Demonstrates sanitation and food safety practices consistently.
- Checks the restaurant from previous close to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Completes daily, weekly, and monthly jobs timely and accurately.
- Maintains the appearance of the building exterior and grounds effectively, including landscaping and snow removal.
- Follows company safety standards at all times, prioritizing safety for team members and guests.
- Coordinates job duties with other team members to ensure efficient preparation for opening.
- Puts food orders away accurately, rotates stock using FIFO, and monitors shelf life and code dates.
- Takes temperatures of foods upon delivery and documents on the Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist.
- Maintains knowledge of restaurant equipment operation and completes scheduled maintenance safely and correctly.
- Prepares duties by 10:30 AM to support kitchen operations during lunch.
- Reports incomplete closing areas to the opening manager.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the manager on duty.
