Job Summary

Provides superior maintenance to the interior and exterior of the restaurant in a timely and accurate manner.

Essential Functions

1. Demonstrates sanitation and food safety practices consistently.
2. Checks the restaurant from previous close to ensure a safe and secure environment.
3. Completes daily, weekly, and monthly jobs timely and accurately.
4. Maintains the appearance of the building exterior and grounds effectively, including landscaping and snow removal.
5. Follows company safety standards at all times, prioritizing safety for team members and guests.
6. Coordinates job duties with other team members to ensure efficient preparation for opening.
7. Puts food orders away accurately, rotates stock using FIFO, and monitors shelf life and code dates.
8. Takes temperatures of foods upon delivery and documents on the Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist.
9. Maintains knowledge of restaurant equipment operation and completes scheduled maintenance safely and correctly.
10. Prepares duties by 10:30 AM to support kitchen operations during lunch.
11. Reports incomplete closing areas to the opening manager.
12. Performs other tasks as assigned by the manager on duty.
