We are looking for a candidate with either full or part-time availability to serve as a weekday or night team member, including weekend responsibilities starting at 6 AM.

Essential Functions

1. Demonstrate sanitation and food safety practices consistently.
2. Check the restaurant from previous close to ensure a safe environment.
3. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly jobs timely and accurately.
4. Maintain the appearance of the building exterior and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.
5. Follow safety standards and prioritize safety for team members and guests.
6. Coordinate job duties with opening team members for efficient preparation.
7. Manage food storage, rotation, and temperature documentation accurately.
8. Perform scheduled maintenance on restaurant equipment safely and correctly.
9. Complete duties by 10:30 AM to prepare for the lunch shift.
10. Report incomplete closing areas to the opening leader.
11. Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
