Job summary

Propark Mobility is hiring Porters in Houston, TX for full-time and part-time roles starting immediately. Pay is $15.00 per hour with a schedule of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday at our Houston site.

Responsibilities include cleaning per checklists, ensuring safety and security of equipment, reporting incidents, and assisting with supplies and snow removal when applicable. Full-time roles include benefits such as paid holidays and EAP.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in writing and speaking.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry items up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, pick up debris, and clean surfaces in all areas.
• Empty trashcans and maintain sanitation.

Shift & Schedule 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday

What we're looking for

• Perform all cleaning tasks noted on the checklists and as directed by the facility manager/supervisor to ensure that all dirt, dust, litter, and debris are removed from all areas of the facility.
• Sweep and pick up around the entrances and exits to the garage and stairwells, as well as clean surface area rails, etc. on all levels, the booth, the office and rest rooms, as directed.
• Empty all trashcans in the garage, the booth, and the office.
• Responsible for safety and security of company equipment.
• Report any known, observed, or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazard, or any unusual occurrence(s) to the regional and/or account managers in a timely manner.
• Pick-up and delivery of winter supplies, sand, salt, fuel, power equipment, vehicles, etc., as applicable per location.
• Maintain an inventory of janitorial supplies and submit requests to re-stock supplies as needed.
• Operate necessary equipment for cleaning and maintaining the facility.
• Shovel, plow, or blow snow from the entrance or exit ramps and in areas designated by the Facility Manager if and when needed.
• Report any known accidents or violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrence to the local manager in a timely manner.

Must haves
