Location: 3Sixty Flats - Grand Prairie, TX

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: Starting at $16/hr plus quarterly bonuses, holidays off and paid, and your birthday as a paid day off!

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated maintenance porter/groundskeeper to help with property upkeep, cleaning amenities and breezeways, pool upkeep, and general maintenance.

Weinstein Properties is a forward-thinking property management company that owns and manages our apartment communities. Join us as we continue to grow in Dallas.

Relevant experience in residential maintenance, janitorial/housekeeping, groundskeeping, and turn-over is a plus. Some interior/exterior maintenance experience is also beneficial.

Job Duties Include:

1. Daily grounds pick-up, maintain dog park and exterior amenities
2. Interior hallway upkeep, assist with cleaning and general maintenance
3. Clean swimming pool and pool area
4. Preventative Maintenance
