Automotive Service Porter - Vehicle Logistics

ACERTUS is the only tech-enabled automotive logistics company to move, store, recondition, title, and register finished vehicles. As a Service Porter, you will perform duties such as moving and parking vehicles, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and managing inventory. This position involves interaction with the Operations Team, Clients, and Vendors.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Pay: $18/hr

Responsibilities:

• Place numbered tags on vehicle windshields for parking.
• Drive vehicles to parking spaces or direct drivers to available spaces.
• Receive and release vehicles.
• Conduct weekly vehicle inventory at the hub.
• Transport vehicles to and from repair/maintenance shops.
• Service vehicles with gasoline, oil, and water.
• Stage vehicles for pickup.
• Take photos of vehicles upon client request.
• Patrol the area to ensure security and prevent theft.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Candidates over 65 require an additional insurance review and a letter of insurability from a physician.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Willing to provide a copy of your driver’s license before starting.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Previous dealership porter experience preferred.
