We are currently seeking a motivated maintenance porter to help with property upkeep, clean amenities and breezeways, pool upkeep, and general maintenance.

We have a Porter position available at:

• Bexley Landing - Euless, TX

Pay: $16/hour plus quarterly bonuses

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Job Duties Include:

• Daily Grounds Pick up
• Exterior Maintenance — paint curbs, pressure wash buildings, sweep parking lots
• Clean Clubhouse and Property Amenities
• Clean Swimming Pool
• Preventative Maintenance

Residential maintenance, janitorial/housekeeping/grounds, and turn experience is a plus.

Some HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance, carpentry, and painting experience are also a plus.
