The Role You Will Play

As a Porter, you’ll be the first touchpoint for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our communities—helping create an inviting atmosphere for residents and guests.

What You’ll Do

• Daily Cleanliness: Maintain common areas, lobbies, hallways, and amenities to the highest standard.
• Light Maintenance: Assist with basic maintenance tasks like painting, minor repairs, and unit turnover support.
• Groundskeeping: Keep outdoor spaces neat and ensure trash is managed efficiently.
• Resident Support: Provide friendly assistance to residents and support the maintenance team as needed.
