Perform daily cleaning and stocking tasks including but not limited to filtering of fryer system, cleaning and maintaining grill, general daily cleaning tasks, and organization of stock and prep areas. Provides superior cleaning to the interior and exterior of the restaurant in a timely and accurate manner.

Essential Functions

• Demonstrates sanitation and food safety practices consistently.
• Checks over the restaurant from previous close to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Completes daily, weekly, and monthly jobs timely and accurately.
• Maintains the appearance of the building exterior and grounds effectively.
• Follows company safety standards and ensures the safety of team members and guests.
• Coordinates job duties with other opening team members for efficient preparation.
• Properly stores food, rotates stock using FIFO, and monitors shelf life and code dates.
• Checks food temperatures upon delivery and documents on the Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist.
• Maintains basic knowledge of all restaurant equipment.
• Completes duties by 10:30 AM to prepare for the lunch shift.
• Reports incomplete closing tasks to the opening manager.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the manager on duty.
