Responsibilities

Basic Function: This role involves facility maintenance duties and customer interaction. Previous experience is preferred but not required. The individual must work with minimal supervision. Additional duties include equipment servicing and general housekeeping.

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as per checklists and supervisor instructions to keep the facility clean and safe.
• Conduct daily inspections of the garage and address any maintenance issues.
• Clean entrances, exits, stairwells, and other designated areas.
• Empty trash receptacles in the garage, booth, and office.
• Paint and maintain facility surfaces as directed.
• Replace bulbs and apply absorbent materials to spills.
• Report repairs and maintenance needs.
• Check safety equipment and operational status of gates and ticket spitters.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and recordkeeping of maintenance activities.
• Operate equipment such as sweepers, lawnmowers, and snow removal tools.
• Assist with snow removal and other duties as assigned.
• Report safety hazards or violations promptly.
• Practice excellent customer service and assist customers as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent; experience in maintenance, electrical, or painting is a plus.

License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record if operating company vehicles.

Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and nights if required.

Skills: Clear communication, customer service orientation, adaptability, sound judgment, professionalism, and physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various weather conditions.

Salary Range: $16.66 per hour
