Job summary

Culver’s is hiring a Morning Opening Porter to help prepare the restaurant for daily operations. Starting pay is $12-14/hour depending on experience, with a wage increase after the training period. The role emphasizes reliable attendance, safe food handling, and timely opening tasks.

As part of the opening team, you’ll maintain equipment, assist with cleaning, landscaping, snow removal, and guest-ready appearance. Shift starts at 7 a.m. 18+ required.

Responsibilities include equipment maintenance and daily preparation, cleaning and preparing the restaurant for opening. Shift starts at 7 a.m. Reliable attendance and transportation are a must. Must be 18 years of age.

• Follows company safety standards at all times and looks out for the safety of other team members and guests.
• Coordinates job duties around other opening team members to help ensure efficient preparation for opening.
• Maintains a basic working knowledge of the operation of all the equipment in the restaurant.
• Completes other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the manager on duty.
