Job summary

Major Food Group is seeking Porters for Carbone Miami to support a fast-paced, guest-focused dining operation. You will join a team that values reliability, cleanliness, and teamwork in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year experience in porter/dishwasher/janitor or similar role.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Dependable, hard-working, and punctual.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Open availability for daytime and overnight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of Back of House and Front of House areas.
• Wash and sort all dishes and flatware.
• Mop and take out trash as necessary.
• Wash and disinfect appliances, display case, work surfaces, floors, walls.
• Replenish cleaning materials, soap, paper towels and toilet paper.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

MFG is hiring individuals with strong work ethic and a positive attitude to join their Porter team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain cleanliness of Back of House and Front of House areas
• Clean and sort all dishes and flatwear
• Mop and take out trash as necessary
• Wash and disinfect appliances, display case, work surfaces, floors, walls
• Replenish cleaning materials, soap, paper towels and toilet paper
• Perform all other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 0-1 years experience as a Porter, Dishwasher, Janitor, or similar role.
• High school diploma preferred but not required
• Dependable, hard-working, and punctual a must
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Open availability a must - both daytime and overnight schedules available
