Job summary

Royale Company staffs luxury residential high-rises, ensuring lobbies, hallways and common areas are clean and welcoming for residents and guests. On a typical shift you sweep, mop, collect trash and keep entrances tidy, with 40 hours weekly on 8-hour day shifts including weekends and holidays.

We provide training, a background check at our cost, and opportunities to grow into building operations roles. Uniforms are provided and holiday tips are part of the pay package.

Job description

The Job

You keep the building clean and welcoming for the residents who live there. On a typical shift you will:

• Sweep, mop and clean lobbies, hallways, stairwells and other common areas
• Collect and take out trash and recycling
• Keep entrances and the front desk area clean and tidy

Schedule

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, on 8-hour day shifts. There are no night shifts. Schedules are fixed but vary by building, for example 8am to 4pm, or 12pm to 8pm on trash collection days, and include weekends and holidays. Tell us your availability and we'll match you to a compatible shift.
