Job summary

Royale Company staffs luxury residential high-rises, ensuring lobbies, hallways and common areas are clean and welcoming for residents and guests. On a typical shift you sweep, mop, collect trash and keep entrances tidy, with 40 hours weekly on 8-hour day shifts including weekends and holidays.

We provide training, a background check at our cost, and opportunities to grow into building operations roles. Uniforms are provided and holiday tips are part of the pay package.

Qualifications

• Janitorial or building cleaning experience preferred, with training provided.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Friendly, neat appearance when interacting with residents and guests.
• Background check required at company cost.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop and clean lobbies, hallways, stairwells and common areas.
• Collect and remove trash and recycling.
• Keep entrances and front desk area tidy.
• Work 40 hours per week on 8-hour day shifts, some weekend/holidays.
