CWS Apartment Homes in Austin, TX is seeking a dedicated Porter to maintain grounds and amenities and to assist the maintenance team with service requests. You will use your maintenance skills to keep a luxurious, inviting community and support resident satisfaction every day.

Position regularly involves exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, power tools, and moving mechanical equipment.Physical Requirements:Requires frequent physical activity including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and working in confined or elevated spaces. Regularly lifts, carries, pushes, or pulls tools, appliances, equipment, and supplies up to 50 pounds.
