CWS Apartment Homes seeks a Maintenance Director to lead a maintenance team for a residential community in the Fort Worth area. You will drive maintenance operations, supervise technicians, and ensure timely service requests and safety compliance.

The role requires 2–4 years of apartment maintenance or related trade, HVAC/EPA certifications, a valid driver’s license, and strong leadership skills. This on-site position includes comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• EPA, HVAC I & II, CPO and local certifications required.
• Minimum 2–4 years in apartment maintenance or related trade.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Own a basic set of hand tools required.
• Reading service requests and communicating in English required.
• Supervisory/managerial skills required.

Position may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions, maintenance shops, construction areas, mechanical equipment, noise, dust, chemicals, and other conditions associated with maintenance operations.Physical Requirements:Requires frequent walking of apartment communities, including climbing stairs and accessing maintenance, mechanical, and outdoor areas. Position involves standing, bending, reaching, and occasional lifting of equipment or materials up to 50 pounds.
