Job summary

The Experience Senior Living team is seeking a dedicated Porter to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. You will help with routine cleaning, room turnover, and light maintenance, while supporting hospitality and resident comfort.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, dining rooms, restrooms, activity rooms, and outdoor spaces.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and emptying trash.
• Assist with room turnover and light maintenance duties, such as minor repairs, painting, and furniture assembly.
• Respond promptly to resident and staff requests for assistance with facility-related needs.
• Monitor and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Support the setup and breakdown of events and activities within the community.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies and request replenishment as needed.

Position Summary

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening, as required by state regulations.
