Job summary

South Port Square is seeking a hospitality-driven Porter to maintain floors, remove trash, and keep equipment in good condition. You will participate in training sessions and perform tasks assigned by your supervisor to support a clean, welcoming community for residents.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to understand and follow English instructions, with prior floor maintenance experience preferred but not required.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Porter is responsible for major floor care projects and trash disposal.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Porter:

• Maintains floors and carpets within the Community.
• Picks up and removes major trash from the Community.
• Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition.
• Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
• Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Salary: From $15.50 per hour
