Job summary

Concrete Technologies, Inc. (CTI) is seeking a self-motivated Portable Concrete Plant Mechanic to install, maintain, and repair our portable concrete batch plants.

The role includes troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, welding minor fabrication, and ensuring safety standards on-site at various locations. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, cleaning, downtime reduction, and setting up or breaking down plant components at new sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Two years of technical schooling is desirable for mechanical roles.
• CDL with air brakes is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance on conveyors, motors, mixers, and air compressors.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Weld and fabricate to repair structural components and conveyors.
• Setup and teardown portable plant components at job sites.
• Operate auxiliary equipment during maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety protocols including LOTO and PPE usage.
