Job summary

Kuert Concrete Inc is seeking a hands-on Plant Maintenance Technician to perform safe maintenance, repair, or replacement of ready-mix plant equipment and systems to maximize production quantity and quality.

You will read and apply safety rules, operate hand and power tools, welding equipment, and participate in preventive maintenance with minimal supervision. A CDL (Class A or B) or ability to obtain is required; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Welding experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform climbing/bending movements.
• CDL Class A or B required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe maintenance, repair or replacement of ready-mix plant equipment and systems.
• Operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks.
• Assist in replacing complex mechanical systems such as motors, pulleys, and belts.
• Replace minor electrical wiring, control panels, and circuit boards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to safety policies.
