Job summary

Yoder's Portable Buildings is seeking a driven Sales Representative to greet customers, showcase portable buildings, provide product details, and move qualified leads through the sales funnel in Kokomo, Indiana. • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases.
• Excellent time management, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting buildings based on their requirements.
• Showcase ready-to-sell buildings and custom designs.
• Provide detailed product information, features and benefits to customers.
• Answer inquiries regarding pricing, delivery, installation and product specifications.
• Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication.
• Generate leads through prospecting and networking.
• Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized lot and sales office appearance.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and weekly sales meetings.
• Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved.
• Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies.

$49,000 - $67,500 yearly
