Associa seeks a dedicated Maintenance Technician for a part-time role at one of our managed properties in Port St. Joe, FL. The position emphasizes upkeep, safety and reliable operation of buildings and grounds for a safe living environment.

The role includes routine maintenance, plumbing tasks, inspections, and reporting to the Community Association Manager. A valid FL driver’s license, ability to lift 80 pounds, and outdoor work exposure are required; HVAC experience is a plus and background

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in an institutional or business setting.
• HVAC experience is a plus.
• Experience in plumbing and electrical safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain community structures (boardwalks, fencing, etc).
• Ensure street lights are operational; occasional after-hours surveillance.
• Perform routine plumbing tasks.
• Provide work reports to Community Association Manager after each shift.
• Pressure clean building exteriors, sidewalks, and common areas.
• Move/arrange furniture and maintain beach and pool areas.
• Dismantle machines or equipment and replace defective parts as needed.
