Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or property upkeep.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Able to stand, bend, climb and walk up to 4–8 hours per day.
• Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• General computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Address resident repair requests and resolve issues in common areas.
• Maintain grounds and outdoor amenities.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors for repairs.
• Other duties as assigned
