Qualifications

• Requires minimum 5 yrs related experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Customer interface (communications, problem solving, work prioritization & scheduling).
• Electrical skills (changing and installing lights, electrical outlets, lights, minor electrical, and troubleshooting).
• Familiarity with Emergency Generators, Automatic Transfer Switches, and Fire / Life / Safety Systems.
• HVAC service and repairs.
• Plumbing skills, (minor restroom repair of toilets, sinks, and fixtures).
• Familiarity with Lift Stations.
• Building skills, (doors & hardware, furniture & hardware, bulletin boards, etc.).
• Painting skills, (for touch-ups and misc.).
• Computer skills, (email, scheduling, maintenance management, work order & PM’s).

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks and identify needed work.
• Prepare work areas and ensure safety of occupants and operations.
• Execute preventive maintenance activities and oversee subcontracted services as needed.
• Learn client sites, buildings, systems, and operating norms to respond effectively.
