Job summary

Glovis America, Inc. is seeking an Administrator for Philadelphia Port Operations. You will support daily and long-term vehicle processing, coordinating production plans, vessel schedules, inventory, and labor needs while reporting to site leadership.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics/operations with strong Excel and ERP system skills; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Located in Philadelphia, the position is onsite with opportunities for process improvement and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in logistics, operations or transportation is advantageous.
• Strong computing and data analysis abilities; familiarity with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily port availability and production reports.
• Develop and maintain the daily production plan from inventory and demand.
• Coordinate labor requirements with staffing and vessel schedules.
• Monitor plan vs. actual to improve forecasting and planning.
• Provide administrative support for Lucid operations and related systems.
